The middle and eastern Mediterranean form our favourite cruise area. Here, the sea is normally favourable, the weather good, and the food and people are wonderful.
On this seven day cruise, we went with the Queen Victoria from Rome, past the island of Stromboli, through the Messina Straits and called at Kefalonia, Corfu, Kotor, Dubrovnik, and flew home from Trieste. It was a fantastic week. Topped with the nice surprise that as I am now a returning Cunard cruiser, on a tier level, I had a discount applied to my bar bill!
