In the 2016 the Black Watch had a huge make over, so if you have not seen it for a while maybe it is time to take a look. But even if you don’t have that ship on your wish list you might want to see how a ship goes into dry dock and is attacked by a work force.

After going into Blohm & Voss’s Dry Dock in Hamburg they refitted 440 cabins, the whole TV system, completely changes some public areas and made the ship live again for 2017. Now with everything settled in, she is about to head off on her Wonders of the World annual cruise which is normally about 100 + days that you can take on ship, and normally starting from under £10,000. Ofcoarse it may be possible to join a ship for part, or a leg of a world cruise.

The Morning Light Pub is where the Braemar Room used to be, they changed the restaurant allowing for more tables for two, which may excite some guests. A new space called The Black watch Room was created to serve food in the evening. The ship was out of service for a month, but it all sounds good, so if you have been on it, please share.
