PORT SAID, Egypt Suez Canal Mediterranean end – available TOURS

Port Said has a military museum and a lighthouse built when the Suez canal opened in 1859. It sits at the entrance of the canal on the Mediterranean. The city is no longer a busy trading post as you will see from the vacated art deco store on the harbour. There are at the moment no tours listed here. The port opposite is Port Fuad.

Looking at the locally offered attractions and tours is the first thing a movie location scout will do to research a place.

Always remember a ship tour offers the protection of waiting for the trip to return if it is running late.
