Mossel Bay

Afrikaans: Mosselbaai, is a harbour town of about 120,000 people on the Garden Route in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. Santos Beach is wide and you can’t miss the 19th-century Cape St. Blaize Lighthouse which is square and the lower buildings have a bright red roof. Apart from the beach there is a famous tree which has been used as the postal tree since the 1500s, and there is a maritime museum. You can ski the sand dunes, paraglide, go shark diving, or sample wine on the garden route.
